Each year, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America awards local affiliates with top awards for their performance throughout the year. This year, BBBSKC was honored as a Quality Award winner for the eighth consecutive year. The Quality Award is given to less than 10% of affiliates across the U.S. and recognizes agencies that serve at least 150 children, raise at least $150,000 in revenue, achieve a 12-month retention rate of 64% of higher and maintain a match support rate of 90% or higher.
