Companies and Their Employees are doing it up BIG!

Big Brothers Big Sisters is fortunate to have great people involved, helping to change children's lives, each year.  Without our Bigs, volunteers, donors, board members, event participants our organization could not serve the kids we serve, and for that, we appreciate and are thankful for each and every one of them.  Of these, are some amazing corporate partners. These companies are doing more than just writing a check, they are providing their employees with opportunities to get involved as well, making a deeper impact on the kids in our program. These companies are what we at BBBS call our Impact Sponsors!

An Impact Sponsor is a year-long BBBS sponsorship. We encourage companies to look at charitable giving differently. As an Impact Sponsor, companies can collectively, with their employees, make a Big Impact. BBBS celebrates giving while also advocating for companies to receive ROI. We work with each company to identify some of their big needs. If they are looking for opportunities to market their company in the community as a company that cares, engage their employees or entertain clients and prospects, we have something that will fit each company’s needs. Additionally, we are able to share the many ways their employees can get involved with the agency. Outside of being a Big, there are lots of ways one can plug into BBBS and they do! From serving on our Junior Board, to our Volunteer Corp or the Diversity Task Force, to just donating clothes, they are self-selecting a way that they can and want to give back.

At the end of the year, we celebrate with each company and their employees.  It’s a great feeling to know that together they were able to accomplish big things and put more kids down the path towards success.
