An adult volunteer mentor (aged 21+) matched one-to-one with a child ("Little") to provide friendship, support, and positive role modeling. They commit to meeting consistently (e.g., 2-3 times a month) for at least one year. Bigs are ordinary people, not necessarily professionals, who help kids build confidence, improve grades, and develop social skills.
