Better Money Habits

ACES Bigs, want an interactive tool to talk with your Little about money and finances? Check out Better Money Habits, which is an interactive tool developed by Bank of America with Kahn Academy that can help you mentor your Little about money and finances. The mobile site puts easy-to-understand, unbiased information on a wide range of personal finance topics in the palm of your hand. Through the site, you can also learn about the basics of banking, budgeting, saving and building credit.

Baker Builds Achievers

Baker University has formed an educational partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City!

  • Volunteers are offered a 15% tuition discount on School of Professional and Graduate Studies and School of Education bachelor’s and master’s degree programs
  • Littles are offered a $2,000 annual scholarship on College of Arts and Sciences degree programs at our traditional campus in Baldwin City

The Cooke College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities.

Wichita State University Tuition Discount

Ongoing

The Shocker City Partnership grants resident tuition rates to students from specific metropolitan areas in Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, making the cost of attending Wichita State significantly less than out-of-state tuition. Undergraduate students enrolled in 15 credit hours per semester would save more than $9,200 per year in tuition and fees, compared to nonresident tuition rates. Shocker City Partnership is also available to graduate students.
