CNA Scholarships


1. Our goal is to help students find CNA classes, gain CNA skills, and help spread knowledge about the process of becoming a CNA. We know that, in these recent times of crisis and economic hardship, getting financial aid to attend a CNA class or training program can be very helpful. With total average costs to become a Nurse Assistant approaching $1500 once tuition, licensing, and the exam fees are included, every little bit of assistance helps. That’s why is dedicated to helping support upcoming medical professionals by offering this scholarship. Apply here. Our scholarship award amount is $500. The scholarship has the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be accepted into a state-approved Nurse Aide, CNA, or LNA training program by September 31st
  • Applicants must be a United States resident and at least 18 years old.
  • Entries must be received by September 21st and a winner will be contacted by September 31st

The scholarship winner will be determined once all entries have been reviewed. Applicants are selected on a variety of factors, including:

  • Scholarship application delivery (attention to detail with answers, grammar, etc.)
  • Your foundational reason for wanting to become a CNA
  • Your reasons for wanting to be awarded this scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship you will need to fill out all of the fields in our submission form (see below). Winner will be based on our staff’s determination of the candidate with the most compelling story on why they would like to become a CNA and why they feel they deserve the award.

Entries must be received by April 2, 2022 and the winner will be notified by April 16, 2022


– Applicants must be accepted into a state-approved CNA training/certification program by May 31, 2022.

– Applicants must be a US resident and over the age of 18.


$500. will make out a check in the amount of $500 to the accredited certification program the scholarship winner chooses to attend.

Earn a respected, accredited degree in healthcare, business or IT on your schedule and for about half of what you'd pay at other online universities. Starlight Vincent Legacy Scholarship


Starlight awards scholarships to Kansas City middle school youth with a passion for performing arts. This program provides resources and support for students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to build valuable skills through performing arts training. Scholars are awarded $2,500 to pursue professional training in the performing arts during their middle and high school years. Scholars may utilize the funds toward singing, dancing or acting classes. Visit here to learn more. Applications are due early July of each year.

Volunteer Opportunities

KC Federal Reserve Student Board of Directors Program


The Student Board at the Federal Reserve is an excellent opportunity for students to partner with major corporations, learn firsthand about business etiquette/operations, and meet talented business leaders from various career fields. The Student Board of Directors meets once a month for 2 hours and there are opportunities to apply for summer employment at the end of the term. To be eligible students must be in their senior year, in the top 30 percent of their class and have a recommendation letter from a teacher or administrator. Coca Cola Scholarship ~ Deadline October 31, 2021

  • The deadline to complete the required eligibility quiz is 4 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, October 31, 2021.
  • The deadline to submit the full application is 5 p.m. Eastern on October 31, 2021.
  • Applicants who submit this application by the deadline can expect notification by the end of November.
  • Current high school/home-schooled students attending school in one of the 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, or select DoD schools who will graduate high school during the 2021-2022 academic school year (students graduating from an American or expat school abroad are not eligible for this award)
  • U.S. Citizens (not a Temporary Resident), U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees - based on the guidelines utilized by U.S. Department of Education for Federal Financial Aid eligibility
  • Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution
  • Selected Scholars must present a minimum overall B/3.0 GPA in high school coursework

Applicants may not be:

  • Children or grandchildren of current employees, officers, or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions or subsidiaries
  • Children or grandchildren of former employees, officers, or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions or subsidiaries who are currently receiving retirement benefits from those entities
  • International students (with the exception of students attending select DoD schools - students graduating from an American or expat school abroad are not eligible for this award)
  • High school graduates (in other words, received a high school diploma prior to the 2021-2022 school year)
  • Temporary Residents (in other words, your permanent legal residence is outside the U.S.)

Are you enrolled or about to enroll in a college, university, or trade school? Are you looking for a little extra help in funding your education to cover expenses that other scholarships and financial aid don't cover?

If your answer is "yes," we have a solution that could help out with books, supplies, or anything else you need to cover your educational expenses. Apply now to our 2021 Scholarship, which will be in the amount of $1,000.00 USD to be paid toward the educational certification/degree program of your choice. The chosen topic is as follows: How does writing impact today's world? Think about it, write about it, and let us know your thoughts.

To apply for the ServiceScape Scholarship, all scholarship applicants should fill out the application form and submit a 300 word essay on this topic. Rules and exclusions apply.

Terms and Conditions

  • Contest is open to students who are attending or who will attend an accredited college, university, or trade school in 2021.
  • In order to qualify as a contest participant, a person must successfully submit the application form below and must be at least 18 years old. ServiceScape is not responsible for any situation that constitutes an application form submission failure, including technical malfunctions experienced by the form submitter or by ServiceScape. ServiceScape employees and/or their immediate family and household members are not eligible to be contest participants. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Each contest participant can enter only once.
  • Contest participants' application form submissions must be written in English.
  • The contest starts on November 30, 2020 CST and ends on November 29, 2021 CST.
  • Contest participants will be judged on their quality of writing. All decisions are final. Non-winning entries will be discarded after the winner has been chosen and the contest participants will retain all the rights to their submitted work.
  • The potential winner will be notified via email in December 2021. The potential winner must send a headshot photograph within 10 days of the prize notification. The potential winner must also sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where legal) within 10 days of the prize notification. If the potential winner does not deliver these required items within the specified time period or if the potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. If all required items are delivered within 10 days of the prize notification, the potential winner will be considered the winner of the contest.
  • The winner of the contest will be awarded $1,000.00 USD, payable by check and mailed within 4 weeks. The prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the acceptance of a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner's name, headshot photograph, and writing will be featured within the ServiceScape blog soon thereafter.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and a current student of an accredited US university or college. In addition, current students of the Achieve coaching program are eligible to apply. 

Achieve Today is offering this scholarship to students in the United States who submit a three to five minute video, audio, or essay on a topic of personal development or high performance. Achieve believes that the formative college years are some of the best to learn and practice the principals of the law of attraction.
