2025 Committee Descriptions:
Development Committee-
-Large focus on Bowl for Kids’ Sake. Ensure every member captains their own team, recruits one additional team and works both concierge shifts
-Share ways BIG members can help support the Most Wanted Auction. Ensure every members contributes in one of the following ways: provides a silent auction item, secures a corporate partnership, make a one-time gift, attend fundraising event in support of honoree.
Engagement Committee (new)-
-Plan quarterly B.I.G. socials
-Come up with some small group/mentoring pairing to make new members feel welcome
Recruitment Committee-
-Getting BIG members to schedule 1 Lunch and Learn
-Host 2-3 external recruitment events
-Touch base with members halfway through the year on how many leads they’ve brought in
Program Committee-
-Graduation Party – setup/teardown/volunteer
-Halloween Party – host a trunk, help decorate/ volunteer at the event for setup/teardown
-Holiday Party – volunteering
