Join us for an inspiring evening highlighting Women in Leadership across a variety of industries. Local women leaders will share their professional journeys, challenges, successes, and lessons learned to help Littles see the power and possibility of leadership in any path they choose. Participants will hear firsthand stories about career growth, confidence, resilience, and breaking barriers. Following the discussion, we’ll host a snack and social hour where Littles, Bigs, and women leaders can connect directly, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships. The goal of this event is to expand career horizons and encourage Littles to see themselves as future leaders in their communities and beyond.
