BBBSKC is hosting the next Big Solutions talk, presented in partnership with HCA Midwest Health and NAMI, on March 5th from 5:30-7:30 pm at the BBBSKC office to help guide Bigs on how to talk to their Little’s about mental health. Join us in learning how to utilize EVERFI’s self-guided, interactive lessons that help Littles develop simple, actionable strategies.  The program utilizes real-world scenarios that prime Littles for long-term behavioral change using problem-solving and self-reflection activities.  Leadership with this program will maximize the impact of the lessons on their Little. The program is geared toward 8th to 10th-grade littles; however, younger or older littles could still utilize it as well. This is a Bigs-only event. We will also have a guest speaker on mental health, and pizza will be served.
