As you embark on your Match journey, we wanted to make sure you feel prepared with knowledge on some topics that will benefit you along the way, so we are offering a training program for the first year! These trainings cover the topics of race and identity, LGBTQ issues, and privilege and power dynamics. You will also have the opportunity to explore trauma-informed care, which helps you understand the prevalence and impact of trauma as well as how to best communicate and interact with individuals who have experienced trauma.
