Voice of Potential Application The Voice of Potential is an integral part of the team at BBBSKC. The Voice of Potential is responsible for providing the perspective of a Little and provide strategies and feedback on initiatives of Big Brothers Big Sisters that involve events, fundraising, marketing, recruitment, enrollment, and program. The Voice of Potential is a resource to the staff and boards of BBBSKC. Our Voice of Potential will be offered amazing opportunities, including a paid summer internship/job shadow opportunity with BBBSKC. Nominations should include a letter from the Big, Parent/Guardian and the Little. To be considered for the position, Littles should: Be at least 14 years old Be matched with their Big for at least 2 years See the value of the BBBSKC program and can speak favorably on the program. Have excellent public speaking and customer service skills. Be in good academic and behavioral standing at school. Be able to coordinate with their Big or a parent on transportation to and from events (preferred). Be interested and motivated to be the BBBSKC Voice of Potential. Be recommended or nominated by their Big.
